file download issue
dear support team,
thanks in advance for your help.
i seem to have some issues regarding downloading files.
funny thing is, i am able to download "folders" in their zip form.
however, i can't download individual "files".
i really have no idea why this is happening and how to remedy this. could you please assist me on this issue?

Hi France, Thank you for you assistance.
When I attempt to download files, nothing actually happens. However as I mentioned, folders will instantly start downloading.
Might this be an issue of my account? I am wondering if my account is not registered as an in-house employee(my company is Line), but rather as an individual account.
