Started working with Box April 18th 2022 and have not actually used it yet because I can't log in, and BOX support is not replying
Around April 20th I changed my phone number shortly after starting my job. My job relies on me using Box. The phone broke there was nothing to be done lol, sometimes life happens? I immediately reached out to BOX because my MFA was connected to my old phone number and asked them to switch the number to my new phone number. For whatever reason Box has not addressed this or been unable to do this, and instead I have been unable to access Box for a full month. Has anyone else found that getting a new phone number renders Box inaccessible and useless? Since there is no support phone number to call, and since I have been emailing with their support for weeks, only to wait for many days for my messages to be answered, I was wondering if the general community has had problems with this and if anyone had solutions? I want to to do my job.
