    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I understand you are having issue connecting your Box to Tableau.
     
    Our engineering team has been made aware of the issue as we had reports from other customers using Box with Tableau and they've advised that this issue should now be fixed. Can you please confirm, if you are still seeing this error when accessing Box from Tableau app?
     
    If the issue persists, I'd recommend to reach out to Tableau support for further assistance.

    Hi France,

    Thank you for the welcome.

    That is correct, I am still having issues connecting to the Box.com application through Tableau Prep (although seems to work via Tableau Desktop).

    Could you please advise what else can be done? All updates on Tableau (Prep & Desktop) are up-to-date, and the authentication is still giving an error...
