Change my email address
I need to change my email address. I no longer have the address that my account is under. From reading other posts it appears that someone has to submit a ticket for me. I tried to submit my own ticket, but it just brings me back here. If you send anything to the email address on my account, it will bounce back. Help.

If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.If you have shared files/folders then have the owners send you again the invitation to the new account.We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect the account against unauthorized access.Best, -
So basically if you use your work email ( or ISP email) and you change companies or ISPs, you no longer have access to that email. So you will no longer have access to your Box account. So that means create a new Box account and re-upload ALL of the stuff you had on Box because it cannot change an email on an account. This is a big reason NOT to use EMAIL ADDRESS as a primary key field. User name which is not an email would have prevented this database design flaw. This is database design 101.
