    Please be advised that Box Sign is available to all of our Business, and higher plans users. I have checked your profile and I see it is linked to a Personal Free Box, thus you don't have access to this feature. If your organization is subscribed to a plan that includes Box Sign, and you need to use this feature, you may reach out to your organization's Box Admin and request that they add you in their account as a "Managed User" following this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195233--Invite-Existing-Box-User-Message-When-Adding-User
