Storage Space Inaccuracy.... again
Once again, for the 7th time in 6 years, my account is saying it's full when it's not even close to full. I know someone from Box will run a script and say they're working on a solution to this issue, as they've been saying for the past six years. I sure wish there was an option on our accounts to run that script ourselves, so we don't have to contact support every time this happens.
And is reporting to this forum the only option now? I don't see an option to contact support directly anymore.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
