    Having the same problem. Files are going up to BOX from one computer but not syncing back down to other computers. Tried various computers and when I save files they show up on the browser version of BOX but not back down on other computers. Been troubleshooting for an hour with no luck.

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    When you have a content that appears in Box.com but is not appearing locally in your Box Sync folder, the parent folder may be partially synced.

    When a parent folder is partially synced (hovering over folder icon displays the This item is partially synced status), new subfolders or files created within this parent folder will not be marked for Sync automatically. To fully sync a partially synced folder, you must unsync the partially synced folder, then sync it again.
