No option to delete

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    This means that you do not have the necessary permission to delete items in that folder. You must be the Owner or have an Editor or Co-owner permission in order to delete items in a collaborative folder.

    I suggest contacting the owner of this folder to help you delete the uploaded file.

    I created the folder and I still have no delete option! This app sucks!

    I am the ONLY user and owner of this Box account.  I uploaded some files as a test to compare to DropBox.  I was TRYING to delete the test photos, and there is simply NO OPTION to delete on the web browser interface.  As Box User said 23 days ago--this app sucks.  Moreover, now I have security concerns.

    Is there any response to this? I am the owner of a folder. Some files, I have the option to delete. Other files (same file type), there is no option to delete and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to remove the file from the folder. There's no discernible difference between the files that I can delete and the ones that I can't. Help!
