Storage Limit reached, but files do not add up to limit
I have a problem with the total amount of storage. The sum of the amount of storage occupied by each folder in my home folder according to Box is lower than my limit. However, according to my Account settings the storage used is of 76.4 GB of 50 GB. Files are not being synced, which is a real problem right now! Could you please help me?
