Box Sync: My account is using 6GB of space but I can't see any of the files
I am using Box Sync on an M1 Mac running macOS 12.4.
I have 6GB of files in my account but I can't see most of them. I can see only 9 files and no folders. Same with my Box Sync folder on my Mac - it only has the 9 files in it.
I've seen this reported in another post but, the Box support people deleted all the files. I do NOT want my files deleted. I want to see them.
Is there a way of making that 6GB of files visible ?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm going to run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
