Unable to Connect to Box
I've tried all possible solutions and nothing works. Does anyone have something that actually works.

This help is BEYOND USELESS! There is no way to contact Box, and the guidelines is for Internet Explorer only, which doesn't show the option we are directed to use, and then when we are instructed to open a ticket with box.com we are directed to this USELESS page: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us
I have never experienced any customer support that is as closed off and never tried to set up a KEY element, like box drive, that remains broken for as long as this one does.
Canceling subscription.
