Reset the space used in my account
My account has 0 files but it says 49GB of 50GB currently used. In https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4872559291411-Storage-Count says that there is a script you can run to reset the used storage in my account.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
