    I checked your profile and I see that it is linked to a Personal Lite Box. Please be advised that requests to recover a deleted managed user must be submitted by a Box Admin of any Business or Enterprise Box account. 

    If you have another account that is a Business or Enterprise Box, please reach out to your Box Admin for this request so they can submit a ticket. You should be able to find this information in your Account settings > Account details page.
