June 7 Box Update failure

When attempting to open Box, a Box Update notification is displayed.  After few moments, a notification window announces that Box update needs a Windows restart.  After the restart the Box update tries again...and again.

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  It sound like you Box Drive is crashing. To resolve this, can you follow the steps in this article to Manually reset Box drive:

  • https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics

  If the issue persists, please go ahead and uninstall and then reinstall Box Drive from you computer.
