Hello,
The shared link I gave 4 months ago to my clients doesn't work any more ... but I didn't change anything !
Box.com asks them their email address whereas it was not necessary before.
It is not the first time that a link doesn't work anymore after a certain moment.
What is happening ?

It sounds like the Shared link permission has been changed. When a user is asked to login to Box when accessing a shared link previously doesn't require them to, its likely the shared link permission was changed from "People with the link" to either "People in your company" or "Invited people only".
This may have been changed by a change in folder settings or by one of your collaborators.
You should be able to change this back by navigating to the file/ folder and access the shared link following this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697094-Creating-Shared-Links
