    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.

    The script for this fix is currently only available to support and not to end users.

    I've ran this for your account so you should now see the correct storage count in your Account settings. If you experience this again, please do not hesitate to reach out again and we will help you.
