Box Issue - Need Box Support to download large excel file

Need assistance in downloading large file from Box VDR in collaboration with BlackRock. We are able to download all documents except this one large excel file. We have already tried the FAQ suggested fixes for this problem. 

 

Please let us know who we should contact to resolve this issue and open up a ticket.

  • What file type are you downloading?
  • Does it show any error message?
  • Can you provide a screenshot?
