    Update. I really do not need to merge the accounts. I just want to move the subscription status from one account to the other and delete the original account tied to an email address that will eventually expire. Thanks. Neil

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    There is currently no way for us to consolidate separate accounts in Box. However, we did check the emails you reference, and there was only one Box account we found that is linked to your profile here that is a Personal Free Box.

    If you need to update the email address on your Box, you would have to link another email into account following the steps in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196513-Manage-Account-Settings#loginandemail
