Disk space usage seems to be incorrect
I am having the issue - according to display in web browser there is 49.9 GB out of 50 GB used. I deleted a lot of files (and also clean recycle bin) but the storage space in not reclaimed. I'm pretty sure that there is not much more than approx.. 10GB space actually used but still I can't upload new files.
It looks like you'll have to run those famous admin script on my account too. Thank you.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
