Unable to send invitation to new collaborators
Hi,
I am having troubles sending invitations to new collaborators. They are not receiving the invitation email although the status says "sent." Can I get some help regarding this issue?

I understand that your collaborators are having issue receiving the invitation to collaborate your sent. We have some tips that could help resolve this:
- Have your new collaborators check their Spam/Junk email folder. Sometimes, certain email clients do not recognize email from box.com. If they find Box messages in your Spam or Junk folder, add noreply@box.com to their email contacts, or Safe senders list. This will allow their mail client to recognize Box emails and deliver them to their Inbox.
- Firewall, Content Filter, or Email Security Policy: Check if their firewall or virus scan is blocking the email notifications. Have them contact their Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Corporate IT department and ask that emails from the domains listed in this article be added to the email allowlist (safe sender) to ensure that Box messages are not blocked.
- Incorrectly typed email address: Did you double check if you sent the invitation to the correct email address? Just one mistyped letter will cause an email to go to the wrong address or make it undeliverable.
