    Hi there,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

The type of file that you are trying to sync to Box is block as it is not supported in Box Sync or Box Drive. With this, you cannot use Box sync as your way of upload/download for the Quicken files. Instead you have to go to the web application (Box.com) and select either " Upload files" or "Upload folders" to store it Box.

You may check out this article for the list of files types/ extensions that is blocked by Box Desktop apps: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195433-File-Types-Ignored-or-Blocked-by-Box-Sync-and-Box-Drive

Please feel free to let me know if you have more questions!

    Best Regards,

Hello France.  Thank you for your response.  The data file type used by Quicken, QDF, does not seem to be listed amongst the files listed as being ignored by Box Sync or Box Drive.  Prior to me getting my new Windows 11 laptop, the files I am having difficulty with now were syncing just fine.  Once I got my new computer and tried to set up Box Sync, I was able to sync all but two of the files.  If I was not able to sync before, I would guess this is a file type problem.  However, I tend to think it is possibly a problem with how I set up Box Sync on my new computer.  What are your thoughts?
