Storage limit
I keep getting a storage limit error message however, according to the gauge, I have only used 657.7MB of the 10GB allowed

Do you receive this error message when trying to upload anywhere in your account or only on specific folders?
You might be receiving this storage limit message if you are uploading on a folder owned by another user whose Box storage limit has been reached. You may need to reach out to the owner of that folder so they can free up some spaces on their account.
