Box quota exceeded
7.5 GB of 10.0 GB used in settings, which is pretty accurate, but Sync Failed: Box Quota Exceeded message for a slew of 9 files. I've moved a couple of folders out - it was much higher but its not going down to zero. Please can you resolve for me.

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
