    Smae problem with me! I deleted all files then see the storage used are 5.8GB!

    By the way, I tried the link of below shown! Unforturnly, storage problem is still exist! Can you provide youtube video to us for step by step recount usage?

    The issue you encounter is similar to what is described in this article: 

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your accounts, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. The script that is used to fix this inaccuracy is currently available only to support team, but should you encounter this issue again, just let us know and we'll be happy to run this for your account.

    My box.com storage is almost full without any folder and file. The problem occurred few months ago!

    Please help to clear my storage again!
