All space available and account saturated !
I deleted all files but my account usage never goes down (50 Go available and my account is saturated !). Please can you run that script that recalculates my file usage yet again.
When are you going to permanently fix this issue?

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your Box, you should now see the correct storage size available in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. We currently have a project underway to fix these issues, but do not currently have an ETA for a fix.
