Collaborators Unable to User Integrations

    It's likely that the organization that owns the content shared to you do not have the integration enabled for their Enterprise.

    You may refer the owner of the content in this article on how to enable the integration and may need assistance from their Box Admin:

    Hello France, thank you very much for your reply. The owner is able to upload and view DICOM imaging files just fine in those shared folders, so it seems they do have it enabled for their organization. Is there a separate option they have to choose to enable it for external collaborators? I don't see any information on that in the article you have linked.
