Billing Issue
Good morning.
I am the Associate Vice President for Communications & Marketing at Limestone University. Our team has used Box as our e-file transfer system and we have been very happy with your product and service. We have used Box as our e-transfer system for over 5 years.
Last month, I was contacted by box.com to upgrade my account due to running out of space with the large amount of files. I did not speak to a customer service representative. Instead, I selected an option that was provided to me via email.
I thought I was only going to be charged an additional $20 per month to the current $48 that I was previously paying per month. Instead I just received my new bill of $926.64 (per month). This is unaffordable for my department.
Please review my account (199343937) and let me know if a refund can be made and allow me to continue to use Box and an affordable rate each month around the $50 - $100 price range.
