Box Update
IT says that the Box update is not loading and the manual update option is missing. How do we load the required Box update?

Are you perhaps using Box Drive app on your computer? If yes, Box Drive can also auto-update when it launches. If Drive detects that an update is available while it is starting up, it automatically applies the update without requiring any action on your part.

If you are having issue updating the app, we suggest to uninstall and then reinstall it on your device.
