PLEASE HELP!

My spreadsheets are no longer loading on BOX. It says the connection has been reset.

  Do you encounter this when accessing your files via certain Box application? Does this happen as well in Box.com? 

  Can you share a screenshot of the error you encounter so we can take a closer look?
