    The issue that you encounter with your storage usage seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.

    Regarding the additional Free storage, kindly send an email to billing@box.com and one our billing representatives will reach out to you to help look into this.
