Recover deleted files.
How can I recover a file deleted by a team member who was new to box? I am the admin. Can I recover the file, or do I need to submit a ticket to Box?

As the Admin of your account, there are some tools that you can use to access or recover deleted items by one of your managed users:
Instant login tool - this gives you the ability to log in as one of your managed users from the admin console. To do this:
- Log in to Box and at in the left pane click Admin Console.
- Click Users & Groups.
- Click the user's name > Log in to this account.
Content Manager- using the content manager you may access your user's folder tree as well as their trash to see the items that they own which have been deleted.
If the items the user deleted is no longer in Trash, there is a 14 days grace period from when the content was deleted in Trash in which Product Support can recover the deleted item. You may open a ticket with Product Support team to help look into this.

I have a similar problem, however in this case a collegue who had access to a folder accidently deleted all the contents, very important project files. None of them show in my trash so can't get them from there. I don't have access to theirs so can't get to the files through these directions either. If you can provide me directions, or a link for my collegue to use, that would be GREATLY appreciated!
