    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help address this issue!

    Please be advised that the option to submit a 'support ticket' is only available to those with paid subscription to Box. I checked your profile and I see it is linked to a Personal Free Box thus this support channel is not showing into your account. 

    The community and its members would be more than happy to help if you could provide more details on the issue.
