Unable to upload as storage is full
Hi
It is saying my storage is full and therefore cannot upload anything new. I have deleted multiple large files and I am still unable to upload anything. I saw on other posts that box must run a script? I would appreciate any help.

The issue that you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. You should now be able to upload new files into your Box again.
