Good morning:

 

I need to cancel my account;  I am retiring soon and no longer need it.  I also just got billed to  my credit card the annual fee of $120.00 and would like that refunded.

 

Can you  help??

    I understand that you need to cancel our Box account due to you are retiring soon and will no longer need the service. You may cancel your subscription to Box following this article: Canceling Your Box Account

    For your request of a refund, this would be better discuss with a member of our billing team, and you may email them at billing@box.com.
