Box Drive for Mac. Issues opening files on desktop
When attempting to open files on my Box desktop, the file won't open.
After multiple attempts I will get the following message:
" Microsoft Word is downloading a file from com.box.desktop
The file won’t open until the download completes. "
There is an option to stop downloading, however this does not help the situation.
This seems to mostly be happening with word documents and PDFs.
It is also slow to copy and duplicate documents.
Mac OS is the latest Monterey v12.5.
I've also removed 20gb worth of files from my drive.
Please let me know if you have a fix!
