Box Favorites - list of folders no longer displayed on left panel

Folders and files marked favorites used to appear in list on left panel under Favorites.  That list disappeared presumably with a recent update.  Now, I can click on Favorites and the list appears in the main page view, but none are listed on the left panel under favorites.  Folders are still clearly identified and marked as favorites, they just don't display like they used to.  Can that list view on the left be restored?

    This would be something our Product Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.
