Storage reset
Please reset our storage count. It is showing 100gig but we have far less than that and we can no longer sync.
PS - why does this occur? How can we avoid this problem in the future? Is it a bug?

The issue that you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
We've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
