Storage usage is wrong

Can you please run the script that recounts the usage?

  The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: 

  • Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

  I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

  Sorry, but the script did not work.

  I have only 4 files that amount to around 6GB and Insights page shows 9GB usage. Please check what is going on. It is very easy to check. files 1re 1.9GB, 1.9GB, 0.7GB and 1.6GB.
