    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    If you believe that there are files missing from your Box account, or if you've deleted files by accident, there are a few ways you can recover them. 

    When a file is deleted, both the person who deleted the item and the owner of the item will be able to retrieve it from their trash. The Trash is located under Account Settings > Trash.

    Since you are unable to locate the folder. I suggest that you contact the owner of this folder to either check the trash or if the folder is still in the account then invite you again to collaborate.

    If you don’t know who deleted this content and the owner is on a Business/Enterprise account, you can ask user's Box Admin to run a report to find out.
