Box sign - unable to complete signature process
Hello
I'm just trying out Box Sign for the first time.
I've created the doc and dropped in the relevant actions, and my co-signatory has now signed.
I have then added my signature and clicked 'Next' and the cursor moves to the 'date' box I've added (which is complete with today's date).
The 'Next' is greyed out though and so I'm unable to proceed - there is no 'Finish & Sign' prompt as anticipated.
Any ideas please?

Can you try to remove and re-add the field that gets you stuck on the greyed out "Next" button and see if that helps?
If the issue persists and if you are part of a Business or Enterprise Box account, I would suggest submitting a request to Product Support so they can further investigate (you would need to be logged in to your paid Box account in order to see the option to submit a ticket) or raise the issue to your Box admin so they can submit a ticket on your behalf.

Thanks for your reply. The situation didn’t improve with trying what you described below and I’ve tried to do the same thing with another document and it hasn’t worked either.
I’m not a business account holder so I’m curious about how I get support for this?
