Can't empty box.com drive

I deleted all the files but it still says that I'm out of space.

How do I reset it so it'll go back to zero MB used?

  The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: 

  • Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

  I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

  I've got the same issue, just emptied my drive. Still showing 10.8gb used
