Vieuwer uploader saves the file but it disappears because they have no permission to save
Hi,
I have setup collaborators as vieuwer-uploader to prevent them of deleting or changing files in BOX. What now often happens is that the collaborators put remarks in the PDF files, save them in box with the same name and there is no popup that says they are not able to save the file. For them, a few minutes the saved file is vissible bet after XX time ( sometimes 5 minutes sometimes an hour) the file is gone and the old file is back in place.
Is there a way to get a warning or that the file is saved with , for example, there credentials?
