File count does not match- files disappearing in 1 folder

Hi Box Support Team, 

We have one folder which appears to have a glitch where files just randonmly disappear and the file count will still show the total number of original files, but the actual files when you click into the folder is one less than this total. Can you help us investigate why this is happening and why the inaccurate file count on the folder view?
