Unable to Download a Shared mp4 File
Good afternoon, I am new to Box so apologies if this is a silly question!
I recently had an mp4 file shared with me via link. While the file does appear in my "recents" tab, I am unable to download the video to my computer. I figured I'd be able to with the three dots on the top right of the screen, but that only allows me the option to "Report Abuse". Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated!

File owners do have the ability to prevent others from downloading the item they share by disabling the "Allow download" on the shared link settings in Box, so its likely this is the case for the file that was shared to you.
I suggest reaching out to the file owner and make a request if they can enable that download option for you.
