Accepted Invite but there is no file in my account
I was asked to accept a shared file and I created an account to do so, but there is no file in my folders. Is this a common bug? Where would the files land? Attempted accepting invite several times and still nothing.

Did you receive the invitation on the same email address linked to your Box account? If yes, and you are still not seeing the content shared to you, you may need to contact the owner to check if they've change your permission or removed your access to the shared content.
