The error message comes up when I open Box from the Launchpad. I have tried restarting the computer, and re-downloading and installing the latest version of Box

Box desktop no longer working
AnsweredHave downloaded and reinstalled the latest version, and followed the instructions for renaming the old box folder. Issue persists. Logs have been sent.
