    I have just enabled the 2FA in my account but the backup codes won't generate due to an error. I have tried several times and there is no way to get the codes.

  • 2FA for Managed Users disabled

    Hi, I am trying to enable the 2 FA for managed users in our Business Plus account but the option appears disabled (grey colour and no option to click).
