    I am an admin and somehow some shared folders have been removed from my view. A colleague still has access to view. How can I troubleshoot what happened and regain access?

    Our primary admin was an external consultant who is no longer with the company. There is no way for us to get access to their email. Could you please let us know how to re-assign admin access? Thanks
