Storage space
When I look at my storage used on my account profile, it says I have used 9.9 of 10GB, but when I go to my files, I only have 4 files, each at 50MB. Whenever I need to upload a new 50MB file, it tells me my storage is full and tries to get me to upgrade. So I have to delete one of my old files to upload a new one, even though I am only actually using 200MB of my 10GB. It's impossible to get any support from Box as far as I can tell. How do I fix this?
