I followed your steps and uninstall and re-installed again. Once complete, box notified me to install an update, which I did, and the errors continued. Please advise.

Box has encountered an error
I keep getting "Getting message that "box drive has encountered an unexpected error" I have tried the manual resetting steps and I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. Please advise.
